Dutch Baby--a family favorite! Heat oven to 425F with your large cast iron inside! Whisk together 6 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Grease the hot cast iron with 2 tablespoons of butter. Pour the batter in your cast iron and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden!
