Not a great way to start the new year! But, I try to follow this 3 day rule to make sure I get the rest that my body needs to heal, while still getting done what needs to get done as a parent. These rules fluctuate each time I’m sick depending on all kinds of things! But the basic rules are… Day 1- rest as much as physically possible Day 2- take an everything shower, clean your face, and get a few things done, while also resting every time your body needs it! Day 3- get back into life. Refresh your house, try to stay up and moving as much as possible! Change these rules to what fits your life💗
