I don’t do my favorite morning rituals EVERY morning, and here’s why👇🏻 When we create habits, even if they’re GOOD habits, and we do them incessantly - we never have the space to “receive” and “learn from” the habits. Things like meditation and journaling are only helpful if we have time in between them to digest what we experience. So, when I have the time and feel called, I’ll set up my meditation corner to be super cozy. I’ll do breathwork, journaling, reading and card pulling for as long as I want! Then most other mornings I’ll only do maybe one or two of those things before I get into my day. What are some of your favorite little rituals? *I do not own the rights to this music
