I treated myself to a frozen lobster from my local Aldi grocery store. I’d never cooked one before. So this was a new experience for me. The smell while it cooked reminded me of my mum who grew up in Nova Scotia. She is a chef. And I have a fond memory of lobster hunting with her when I was little.
