My Go To Meal Right Now | INGREDIENTS: - neutral oil of your choice - lb ground beef - ginger (diced) - 1 shallot (diced) - 2-3 cloves of garlic (diced) - green onion (chopped) - 1 1/2 tbsps of gochujang - 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce (recipe on my page) - salt - pepper - mushroom powder - chili crisp seasoning METHOD: - add your neutral oil to a medium heat pan - add your diced garlic, shallot, and ginger to a medium low heat pan and cook 2-3 minutes - to the same pan add your beef, seasonings, gochujang, and cook till almost done - Add teriyaki sauce and mix till combined Enjoy with rice and some kimchi if you have it ๐
