Roast the almonds at 400° for about 12-14 mins Then pour them into your food processor and let it do its thing You have to keep scraping the sides down every few mins it will want to clump up. This process took me an hour. you will start to see it sweat out its oils if you’ve ever made homemade butter before it reminded me of the different stages it goes through Once it was almost to a butter I put in a pinch of salt some cinnamon and local honey.
