For how expensive new homes are, you would think their building quality would match it. I’m very disappointed in my builder here in Utah. Welcome to my life. Chaos. We are not covered under our builder home warranty because under city code there is nothing wrong with the pipes and plumbing. Yet, after only 9 months of use we are told toilet paper struggles to get flushed out without clogging?!? We are two people…..2 people using the plumbing and after 9 months it backs up?!? Make that make sense. We need the building code requirement standards set higher. My old home built in 66 had better plumbing and a great reason for a backup and needing a cleaning.
