Cowboy Butter Steak Bites 👩🏼‍🍳🥩Rib Eye Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Caramelized Onions Recipe, Cowboy butter 1 stick unsalted Butter 2 tsp Paprika 1/2 tsp Cayenne 1 tsp Chilli flakes 2 cloves Garlic - crushed 1 tablespoon Diion Mustard 1 tablespoon chopped Chives 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley 1 Lemon - zest and juice 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper Method, Melt butter in stainless steel pan on low heat. Add all ingredients listed above and whisk well to combine. Remove from heat and set aside at room temperature until ready to serve. For the Steak, I used ribeye. Slice into large bite sized pieces. Season heavily with salt and pepper then sear on all sides in a stainless steel pan. Remove the meat from the pan and coat with your cowboy butter.
