Honey oat sourdough! Start this dough in the 💫evening 💫 4 Tbsp melted butter 50g active starter I normally do 20-30g honey 🍯 9g sea salt Mix well 270g warm water 490g flour (I usually do 300 wheat and the rest white flour) Mix and knead Cover & leave out overnight to bulk rise until doubled in size! Next AM, take out, lay flat & add a handful of oats! Press in and roll up to shape. Place in a loaf pan and cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap. Find a warm or sunny spot and Let dough rise until doubled in size. Don’t rush this! Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes 🤗
