Smoked Spatchcock Chicken w/ Coleslaw Sandwich 🥪 Spatchcock chicken -Get a good pair of kitchen scissors or a sharp knife and cut the backbone out. Spread the chicken out and crack the breast bone for it to lay flat. -Add your favorite seasoning, mine is from @thetailgatefoodie and it seriously was UNMATCHED. -Cook at 350F for about 45 minutes-1 hour or until internal temp in the breast is 165F. -Let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing apart. Coleslaw -1 bag of precut coleslaw mix. Top with @thetailgatefoodie Alabama White Sauce and mix.
