Buffalo chicken bombs Should I share my buffalo sauce recipe? 1/2 cup buffalo sauce 2 cups cooked chicken diced 4 oz softened cream cheese 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 1 8 count package refrigerated biscuits 2 tbs melted butter 1/8 tsp Parsley 1/8 tsp Garlic powder In a large bowl combine chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, and buffalo sauce. Mix well and set aside. Take each biscuit and flatten with a rolling pin into a thin round. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture into the center of the biscuit and seal the sides to form a round ball. Place the biscuit into a round cake pan or a cast-iron skillet seam side down. Combine butter, parsley, and garlic powder. Brush on top of the biscuits.
