•Start with your leg on a box or something elevated( doesn’t have to be high) standing in athletic posture with rib cage on top of pelvis. • Pick up lead foot, drive it down pushing into the box. • Drive up and out on an angle as you raise the ball up and overhead and when you are coming down slam. You really want to power the ball into the ground, jumping as high as you can while trying to land in a good athletic stance.
