Another day another potato wedges recipe 🥔 Crispy Parmesan Potato Wedges🥔🧀 What you need: •Yellow Potatoes •Parmesan (fresh grated or powdered, both work) •Spices -Cut potatoes into wedges and then place in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Drain. Add oil to coat and then the spices: I use a heavy pinch of garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Toss around. Add a lot of parmesan and toss again, until it's coated on all sides. -Air fry at 400 for about 15 minutes (or until crispy) flipping halfway.
