I am not a professional, obviously. 😂 I’m just a normal person trying to lead a healthier lifestyle through nutrition and exercise. For me, it is all about mindset, and I had to get to the point where I felt enough was enough before I was ready to buckle down and do something about it. My weight was out of control, and so was my blood pressure. I am currently on month 4 of my journey, and I have lost almost 40 pounds.
