Refund -> under 7days I had returned multiple products from different orders. It was an easy process. 1) submit return request from order page 2) print out return labels per item ****make sure you take note of which item(s) go with which label. For no confusion**** 3) drop off at your local ups/ post office Wait for flip to notify you from within the FLIP APP. As of todays (3/21/25) there is no confirmation email of the item returned back and refund granted. Only pop up notification from flip app. The only thing that frustrated me was finding/ recycling shipping containers to ship back the product. I refused to pay for new ones.
