Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats Ingredients • 30g oats • 20g vanilla protein • 1/2 tsp natural sweetener 80-90ml almond milk • 1 tsp/3g chia seeds • 30g/handful fresh Australian blueberries Mix well & add to ramekin or bowl of choice. Blueberry layer • Warm around 20g blueberries (can use frozen) in the microwave for 30 secs, smash and add on top of oats. Cream cheese layer • 20g light cream cheese (softened in the microwave for about 10 seconds) • 70g yogurt • Dash of Sugarfree maple syrup/honey/ sweetener of choice Mix well and spread on top of your blueberry and oat layers.
