Garlic Parm Sauce ๐ฅ๐ฎโ๐จ Ingredients: - 1 head roasted garlic - 1 roasted shallot - 1/2 cup sour cream - 1/2 cup mayo - 1/2 lemon - 2 tbsp cream - Handful fresh parsley - 2 tbsp red wine vinegar - 1 cup fresh shredded Parmesan Reggiano - Salt to taste First, wrap your garlic and shallot in foil with some olive oil and roast in the oven at 400F for an hour or until soft.
