I ordered this item on February 18. It was canceled, never delivered, and yet… here we are on April 20, and Flip still won’t let me place another order because it says I need to review it. I’ve contacted support multiple times, sent emails, screenshots, and tried uploading a video—nothing works. The system just glitches and acts like I didn’t even try. I love this platform, but this situation has left me completely stuck. I’ve done my part. It’s time for Flip to do theirs. Noor please help me! I give this app so much to be stuck in this situation! I know I won’t hit icon and that’s fine but it’s truly sad that I’ve only been able to do one order and I am days away from having to reach icon!
