🍓Strawberry Iced Latte with a Graham Cracker Cold Foam Strawberry Syrup: - 1 container of strawberries - 1 cup of water - 3/4 cups granulated sugar - Splash of Mexican vanilla -Bring to a boil then reduce to medium heat until the strawberries are soft enough to mash -Use an immersion blender or regular blender to remove any clumps (optional) -Heat until sauce thickens and then turn off the heat to allow it to cool Graham Cracker Cold Foam: - 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream - 1 square of graham crackers (half the rectangle) - 3 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup (or regular vanilla syrup) I used a little less than 1/2 a cup of strawberry syrup in the video 🤎
