BREAD!!! 🥖 🥖🥖 So I decided after watching some sourdough friends that I would not let my loaf rest in the banneton at room temp and skip directly to stitching and then immediately into cold stage fermentation. The stitch did not seem to hold but the loaf still baked up beautifully. Sourdough is hilarious. Every time I think it’s going to be a great bake it turns out ok, and when I’m skeptical of the bake it usually turns out amazing. Kind of like life I guess 🤷🏻♂️.
