Another classic as a Jell-O shot and this was a HIT!!!!! So good!! Also I typically prefer my espresso martinis with tequila, but Irish Whiskey is another fave, perfect for the St Patty’s festivities ✨🍀

Irish Espresso Martini Jello Shots ✨☕️
— yields 12 —

½ cup Irish Whiskey 
½ cup Coffee Liqueur 
2 espresso shots
1/4 cup agave (adjust as needed)
½ cup hot water
2pks gelatin
Garnish: coffee beans

Foam
Whipped Cream
1.5 oz Irish cream

1- combine the ingredients then stir
2- divide them up then refrigerate for at least 3 hours
3- make your foam (adjust to your preferred consistency)
4- top them off then serve
