Wellness Journey TODAY, 4/10, I was running a bit behind my normal schedule. I could feel my anxiety rise as I was stopped by the first of 2 red lights!! I said a quick prayer knowing I wasn’t going to be late, but late for #ME -hence the ISSUE!!!!
