Make your own beef tallow at home! ➡️ I repurposed leftover prime rib scraps by chopping them up and cooking them in my Dutch oven on low for about an hour and a half. Stir occasionally, and aim for a texture similar to crispy pork rinds. Once it's done, strain and chill to harden.
