Here is my morning routine. I always start the day with a lemon turmeric water. It helps flush out the system makes me feel very good then I make my coffee with a little bit of nut pods and organic Stevia and I’m now adding Yorba Mata to my daily routine, so I was just sharing a little bit of that info if I’m not able to walk the kids to school I usually jump on the walking pad between meetings and that is what I’m doing right now
