Salmon Sashimi Ingredients - 1/2 slab sashimi grade salmon - 1/2 lemon - 1/8 cucumber - 1/2 cup shredded daikon Recipe - Cut 1/2 lemon into thin slices - Cut salmon into 5 slices - Cut 2 slices of cucumber - Cut each slice of cucumber in half - Put cucumber on plate to back the salmon - Put salmon against cucumber, separating each piece by a slice of lemon - Garnish with shredded daikon behind the cucumber #salmon #sashimi #salmonsashimi #sushi
