Here I am knowing I don’t have any business out here doing this kind of work, but this is exactly what I’m talking about as far as my being a Bariatric patient and I am struggling to gain weight and I am not supposed to work out, but I am supposed to be doing strength training to build musclebut since I’ve lost over 200 pounds I feel invincible but I need to learn to slow down, can somebody just tell me to slow down lol
