1. Steam the veggies until soft, let cool & mash together 2. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 3. Roll veggie mixture into balls with your hands and place them on the tray. 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow the balls to cool before serving * Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months. To reheat, thaw in the fridge overnight and warm in the oven.
