It's unbelievably simple to make and TOO cute! 🧡 Ingredients💗 150g heavy/fresh cream 55g caster sugar 1 teaspoon orange zest 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 40g orange juice 20g lemon juice Procedure💕 1. Heat together the cream, sugar and orange zest for 2-3 minutes until it comes to a simmer and the colour of the cream deepens, the cream should not come to a boil. 1. Take it off the heat and stir in the lemon juice. You'll see the mixture thicken immediately. 2. Strain it to remove the zest and pour it into scooped out oranges/small ramekins. 3. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to set.
