Ingredients • 2 jalapeños • 8 tomatillos (husk removed) • ½ white onion • ½ cup cream cheese (or sour cream substitute) • 1 green onion (optional) • Salt & pepper (to taste) Instructions 1. In a sauté pan, add tomatillos, jalapeños, and onion. Cover with water and bring to a boil. 2. Boil for 10 minutes, then drain. 3. Transfer to a blender, add cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. 4. Pour back into the pan to heat, or store in a jar for later. 5. Use over enchiladas, chicken, or as a dip! Let me know how it turns out!
