Ingredients: ✨3 T butter ✨3 T flour ✨2 cups chicken broth ✨1/2 tsp salt ✨1/8 tsp chili powder ✨1/4 tsp oregano ✨4oz chopped green chiles ✨4oz chopped black olives ✨2lbs chicken (cooked & chopped/shredded) ✨1 cup sour cream ✨6-8 tortillas (cut into bite-sized pieces) (used a kitchen scissors) ✨2 cups colby-jack cheese ✨Sour cream & salsa for topping (optional) Directions: 1. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat until melted. Stir in flour, cook for 1 minute and stir in chicken broth. Continue stirring until smooth and thickened, about 2-3 minutes. 2. Add chili powder, salt, oregano, green chiles and black olives into the sauce, stir & bring to a simmer then reduce heat to low. 3. Add sour cream, shredded chicken & tortilla pieces and mix until well combined. 4. Top with cheese and cover until melted & top with added sour cream and salsa. (Optional)
