✨1.5 lbs chicken breasts (cooked & shredded) ✨1 pack hawaiian rolls (12 count) ✨8 slices bacon (I used Red Label Bacon pieces) ✨BBQ sauce (enough to coat chicken) ✨1/4 cup ranch dressing ✨Shredded lettuce ✨Cheddar Cheese (shredded or sliced) ✨Red onion (thinly sliced) ✨1 T Butter (melted) ✨Minced dried onion & parsley for topping (optional) Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Spray 9x13 dish with cooking spray. 3. Cut rolls and place bottom half in baking dish. 4. Coat chicken with BBQ sauce and cover the bottom of rolls evenly. 5. Top the chicken with cheese, then add bacon, red onions, shredded lettuce and drizzle ranch dressing on top of the lettuce. 6. Place top half of buns on, brush with melted butter & top with minced dried onion and parsley. 7. Place in oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
